Our Chardonnay is a unique, small production lot, crafted and aged in the Burgundian style. It is both fermented in the barrel and barrel-aged in French oak for 12 months followed by at least 12 months in bottles.

Bright yellow with golden reflections. Broad and complex on the nose with apple flavours, fresh pineapple and balsamic hints. Balanced, elegant and fresh on the mouth with an impressive minerality and a very good length. “A unique wine of exceptional distinction from Castello di Barbialla”.
